This page covers pricing for the models Naia hosts directly (naia-coding · naia-talk). Credit charges from using external models such as Gemini are documented on the billing & credits page.

Naia offers two usage modes. They run independently and can be used together.

Tier A — Your own PC ($10 one-time)

You install the Naia app on your PC and run it on your own GPU. Because we don't carry any GPU cost on this path, it's a one-time license rather than an hourly fee.

  • Price: $10 one-time
  • Right: lifetime use (software license, non-transferable)
  • Requirements: NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB or better (RTX 3090 recommended for the 24GB models)
  • Internet: required only for the initial model download — offline use afterwards is supported
  • Data: everything runs on your PC. Conversation contents are never transmitted externally.

After install, activate the license at naia.nextain.io login.

Tier B — Cloud GPU ($0.33/hour)

Pick this when you don't have a suitable GPU, or when you're on a laptop/tablet. You rent a Naia-only GPU in the cloud by the hour.

  • Rate: $0.33/hour (billed by active minute)
  • Payment: prepaid credits (no monthly fee, billed only for what you use)
  • Billing window: only the time you're actively using counts (Naia OS starts and stops the Naia service automatically)
  • Included models: naia-coding (coding + general chat) / naia-talk (voice)

Buy credits ahead of time on the dashboard. When your balance hits zero, billing stops and new sessions are blocked.

Warm-up (Tier B)

When you turn Naia OS on, the Naia service starts automatically. Becoming ready usually takes 1–3 minutes, occasionally up to 5 minutes. During that window you'll see a "naia warming up" message.

  • After 10–15 minutes of inactivity the Naia service stops automatically (and so does the bill).
  • Resuming triggers the same warm-up window again.
  • Model files live on persistent storage, so the download only happens once.

Multiple devices

When you sign in on a second device with the same account, you'll be asked to pick one of two options:

  • A. Replace existing device with this one: the previous device's Naia service stops and the new device takes over. No extra cost.
  • B. Add as a new device: the previous device's Naia service stays running AND a new one spins up for the new device. Each device is billed at $0.33/hour separately.

The choice is explicit, and the new Naia service begins within 5 minutes of confirmation.

Refund policy

Credits follow our refund policy. The $10 license is refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided the model download hasn't started.

FAQ

Q. Can I use both Tiers together? A. Yes. Use Tier A's license on your own PC and Tier B credits when you're away from it. The same Naia account works on both.

Q. What happens when I run out of credits? A. The current conversation finishes normally and new sessions are blocked. Your data is preserved — top up your credits and you can pick up where you left off.

Q. Can I run naia-coding and naia-talk at the same time? A. Yes. Each runs as a separate Naia service, though, so running both at once is $0.66/hour. While only one is in use, the other stops automatically.

Q. Does Naia support languages other than Korean and English? A. naia-coding supports many languages. naia-talk (voice) ships Korean first; English / Japanese / Chinese follow on the Phase 2 schedule.
