Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs purchases made on naia.nextain.io, operated by nextain Inc. Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy (Merchant of Record).


1. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancel your subscription at any time, at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
  • After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period (renew_at).
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period.

2. Credit Pack Refund Policy

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased and credited to your account. Credits constitute immediately-available digital content; once delivered, the right of withdrawal is limited under the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act (Art. 17(2)(5)).

We inform you of this limitation before purchase, and your completion of purchase constitutes acknowledgment.


2a. Curriculum License Refund Policy (aiedu.nextain.io)

Curriculum licenses are purchased with credits (not cash). Refund is handled as credit restoration:

Curriculum licenses are digital content. Once accessed, the right of withdrawal is limited under Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act (Art. 17(2)(5)).


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds or credit restorations may be granted in the following circumstances:

4. How to Request a Refund

  2. Subject: [Refund Request] Order ID: <your-order-id>
  3. Include: Order ID or payment date, reason for refund, preferred resolution

Processing time: We respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (5–10 business days depending on your card issuer).


5. Korean Consumer Rights

Under the Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act (전자상거래소비자보호법), Korean residents have a 7-day statutory cooling-off period from the date of purchase or subscription commencement. However, this right may be limited for digital content (including credits) that has already been made accessible and usable. We clearly indicate this limitation at the point of purchase.

6. EU Consumer Rights

EU consumers may have additional rights under their local laws. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU member state law.


This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For matters not covered here, the Korea Fair Trade Commission's Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards apply.
