5. Main Screen

The main screen has three areas: a title bar at the top, the Naia column on the left, and the panel area on the right.

Title Bar (Top)

Shows the app name and standard window controls (minimize, maximize, close).

Left: Naia Column

The left side is divided by a drag-resizeable divider into the avatar area (top) and the chat area (bottom).

Avatar Area

Your chosen VRM character renders in 3D.

• Emotions change based on conversation:
  • [HAPPY] — Joy / [SAD] — Sadness / [ANGRY] — Anger
  • [SURPRISED] — Surprise / [NEUTRAL] — Neutral / [THINK] — Thinking
• Camera control: Drag in the avatar area (left-click: rotate, right-click: pan)
• Background image: Appears behind the avatar
• Lip-sync: Animation plays during TTS responses

AI Control Bar

A translucent overlay in the upper-left corner of the avatar area:

BGM Player

A music icon in the lower-right corner of the avatar area. Click to open the BGM panel:

• Local: Play music files from naia-settings/bgm-musics/
• Genres: Browse YouTube music playlists by genre
• Search: Search YouTube for BGM
• Favorites: Save your favorite tracks

When playing, the icon animates to the beat.

Chat Area

Bottom Tabs

Below the chat area, a tab bar provides access to additional panels:

Mode Bar

A horizontal shortcut bar at the top of the right side:

• + button: Add a new shortcut or panel
• Shortcut icons: Click to open the URL in the Browser panel
• Edit mode: Press the edit button to change icons, drag to reorder, or delete

Panel Area

Shows content for the selected panel. Available panels:
