Common issues and solutions.
AI agent is not responding
- Check API key or Naia connection in Settings > AI Settings
- Verify internet connection
- Check credit balance in Settings > Naia Account
- Ensure the model is correctly configured
Voice is not working
- Ensure TTS/STT is enabled in Settings > Voice
- A Google API key may be required
- Check microphone permissions (OS settings)
- Ensure browser media permissions are not blocked
Low on credits
- Check balance in Settings > Naia Account
- Review usage in Naia Dashboard
- Free credits recharge monthly
- Upgrade to BASIC ($10/mo) for 10,000 credits
Tools are not working
- Ensure "Enable Tools" is on in Settings > Tools
- Check that Gateway is running
- Verify needed skills are enabled in Skills tab
- In normal user environments, you do not need to enter Gateway URL/token manually
- Check Gateway URL/token only for self-hosted/advanced setups
App is slow or frozen
- Start a new conversation (+) — long chats can slow down
- Restart the app
- Use Settings > Reset All for a complete reset
Weather is not showing
- The weather skill requires an internet connection
- Be specific: "Tell me the weather in Seoul"
- Try with English city names (e.g., "Seoul weather")
Naia login is not working
- Check internet connection
- Try accessing naia.nextain.io directly in your browser
- Verify you can sign in with your Google account
- Restart the app and try again
